Housefull 5 Advance Booking Day 1: Akshay Kumar will make a triumphant comeback to the big screen on June 6th with Sajid Nadiadwala's Housefull 5. Early signs are encouraging as the humorous comedian formally opened advance bookings on Sunday morning.

Housefull 5 has begun spectacularly, bringing in a total of Rs 1.46 crore throughout India, according to the most recent information from sacnilk. The blocked seats date shows Rs 4.71 crore. In more than 8000 showings across the country, the movie has sold over 43,000 tickets.

Housefull 5 has sold roughly 27425 seats for one edition and 16441 tickets for another, according to sacnilk. The much-awaited movie will be released in three days, so as the date approaches, bigger numbers can be anticipated.

Housefull 5, which was directed by Tarun Mansukhani, has piqued spectators' interest with its novel murder-mystery perspective set on a luxury cruise, catchy tunes and dual-climax. The popular comedy franchise will be released in two versions, Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B, each with a unique climax, adding a never-before-seen twist to the theatrical experience. For the first time in Indian cinema, this dual-ending experiment lets viewers select their favorite ending.

About Housefull 5

The story of the movie takes place on an opulent yacht where a millionaire throws a spectacular party with a number of celebrities to commemorate his 100th birthday. He surprises everyone at the celebration by declaring that he will give his entire fortune to a person called 'Jolly.' When three distinct men—Jalabuddin (Riteish Deshmukh), Jalbhushan (Abhishek Bachchan), and Julius (Akshay Kumar)—all assert that they are the true Jolly, a humorous and dangerous identity confusion arises.

Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Nargis Fakhri, Sonam Bajwa, Chitrangada Singh, in addition to Akshay Kumar are all part of the ensemble cast. It looks like Housefull 5 will be one of the year's biggest comedy. Since its launch in 2010, the franchise has consistently performed well at the box office, with follow-ups in 2012, 2016 and 2019.

Housefull 5 will have a difficult time at the box office despite the hype because Thug Life, the Mani Ratnam-directed Tamil action film starring Kamal Haasan, opens on June 5.
