Kingdom Box Office Collection Day 1: Vijay Deverakonda and Satyadev Kancharana starrer Telugu spy action drama movie hit the screens this Thursday. The film gained mixed reviews from the audience and the critics. Kingdom opened at the box office with great numbers, bringing two-digit numbers both in India and worldwide. The film is expected to do wonders in the coming days. However, the film will have a box office clash with Dhadak 2 and Son Of Sardaar 2. The movie has to outperform to give two tough competitions to these big releases.
Kingdom Box Office Collection Day 1
As per Sacnilk, Kingdom opened at the box office with Rs 15.50 crore. The film had an overall 57.87 per cent Telugu occupancy on Thursday. It had 63.56 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 56.52 per cent in the afternoon shows, 50.12 per cent in the evening shows and 61.27 per cent in the night shows.
Kingdom has also performed exceptionally at the global box office, earning Rs 39 crore worldwide on Day 1.
Kingdom Budget
As per several reports, the film is made on a budget of Rs 130 crore.
About Kingdom
The plot revolves around an undercover police constable, who went on a mission to dismantle a powerful syndicate as well as to find her brother. He wants him to confront family loyalty and the moral cost of duty. The movie stars Vijay Deverakonda, Bhagyashri Borse, Satyadev Kancharana, Koushik Mahata, Keshav Deepak, B.S. Avinash and Satya Deva in prominent roles. It has been written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. The movie has been produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, Sai Soujanya. The music director of the film is Anirudh Ravichander.

Kingdom was announced in January 2023 under the tentative title VD12. The official title of the film was announced in February, this year. The filming started in June 2023 and took place in different locations-Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kerala and Sri Lanka. The cinematography handled by Girish Gangadharan with Jomon T. John.
