Mastiii 4 Box Office Collection Day 6: Last Friday saw two major releases Mastiii 4, starring Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani, and Farhan Akhtar’s 120 Bahadur. While 120 Bahadur received mostly positive reviews, Mastiii 4 was met with negative feedback from critics and audiences. Despite some pre-release excitement, both films have failed to leave a significant impact at the box office.

According to Sacnilk, Mastiii 4 collected around Rs 1.15 crore on Day 6, taking its total to Rs 12.85 crore. For a franchise film with established stars, these numbers are disappointing. While Day 3 showed slight improvement as it minted Rs 3 crore but the film saw another drop on first Monday, further weakening its box office performance. Reports suggest the film was made on a budget of approximately Rs 50 crore, which makes recovery even more difficult.

Meanwhile, the adult comedies usually depend heavily on a strong opening day, as weekend jump is often limited in this genre. With current trends, Mastiii 4 might perform worse than Great Grand Masti, which collected around Rs 8.50 crore during its opening weekend. The return of the original trio Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani generated excitement among fans of the Masti franchise. The movie promised a mix of romance, drama and over-the-top comedy, appealing to those who enjoy light-hearted, slightly naughty humour.
