Metro In Dino Box Office Collection Day 1: The musical romantic drama movie, starring Konkona Sensharma and Pankaj Tripathi, released in theatres on July 4. The film is a sequel to the 2007 film Life In A Metro, which has a special fanbase. Now with Metro In Dino, fans’ expectations are high too. But it could not be seen on its opening day collection, as it started off with a moderate collection. However, the film beat its prequel Life In A Metro's opening, which had its earnings of Rs 0.8 crore on Day 1.

Metro In Dino Box Office Collection Day 1

As per Sacnilk, Metro In Dino earned Rs 3.35 crore on Day 1. The film had an overall 17.99 per cent Hindi occupancy on Friday. It had 8.64 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 14.24 per cent in the afternoon shows, 17.99 per cent in the evening shows and 31.09 per cent in the night shows.

Metro In Dino Budget

As per reports, the film was made on a budget of Rs 100 crore.

About Metro In Dino

The film is about four heartfelt love stories residing in different metropolitan cities-Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Bangalore. All four stories connect with each other at some point in time. The movie stars Konkona Sensharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta and Saswata Chatterjee in pivotal roles. It has been directed by Anurag Basu and produced by Anurag Basu, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Tani Basu and Taani Basu. Pritam Chakraborty is the music director of the movie. Metro In Dino has a runtime of 2 hours and 25 minutes. After its theatrical run, Metro In Dino is expected to be released on the OTT platform Netflix.
