Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning has finally hit the screens, marking the closing chapter of the iconic franchise. As a token of gratitude, Amul recently paid a humorous tribute to Tom Cruise’s iconic character Ethan Hunt and the Mission: Impossible series in its trademark style. The movie had its big premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last friday, where Tom Cruise made a starry appearance.
Amul took to Instagram and shared an illustration featuring Tom Cruise in classic Mission: Impossible form—hanging from a helicopter in an all-black outfit. In the brand’s signature twist, Cruise is shown holding the helicopter bar with one hand and a slice of buttered toast in the other. The overlay text on the visual reads, ‘Better Ethan the rest!’ and adds, ‘Impossibly tasty.’ The caption along with the post reads: “Amul Topical: Tom Cruise’s final installment of Mission Impossible!"

While this sounded like a confirmation that Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning would be the last installment, Cruise later opened up about his long-term plans. Speaking about his love for cinema, Cruise told The Hollywood Reporter, “I actually said I’m going to make movies into my 80s; actually, I’m going to make them into my 100s. I will never stop. I will never stop doing action, I will never stop doing drama, comedy films — I’m excited."
