Param Sundari opened to mixed reviews but the leading couple won over with their chemistry. The movie got off to a respectable start and held steady at the box office on the first Saturday. The most recent reports from Sacnilk state that Param Sundari made Rs 16.2 crore in two days.

Param Sundari made Rs 7.25 crore on the first day, which was the fifth-largest opening in Sidharth Malhotra's career. The movie made Rs 9 crore on the second day, solidifying its hold at the box office. With a lifetime total of Rs 12.85 crore, Param Sundari has surpassed the earnings of the romantic comedy Mere Husband Ki Biwi, starring Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, and Rakul Preet Singh.
