Maa Inti Bangaaram sequel starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu is officially in the works! The makers hosted a lavish success meet in Vizag after the movie's phenomenal box office run. The Telugu movie also won accolades for its strong performances and plot details. 

Samantha Ruth Prabhu's spouse and writer, Raj Nidimoru, surprised attendees by revealing that a sequel is being developed. At first, he inquired about the audience's desire to see the story continue. He confirmed it as the audience erupted in joy.

"I already have an idea in my mind. The same team will work on it. For the first time, I am inspired to make another part. It will have double the fun and double the excitement. I will come back and tell you more about it later," he said in Telugu.

Raj Nidimoru also considered the reaction to Maa Inti Bangaaram, stating that because it 'hit home,' it had garnered him more praise than some of his previous successful ventures, such as Stree and The Family Man.

Maa Inti Bangaaram Box Office Collection Till Now

Maa Inti Bangaaram became the highest-grossing women-led movie, earning over Rs 50 crore worldwide and about Rs 35 crore at the domestic box office in its first week.

After nine days, Maa Inti Bangaaram has made Rs 71.57 crore worldwide. The Telugu movie earned Rs 21.85 crore from overseas and Rs 49.72 crore (gross) in India. With 2,211 shows, the domestic net collection for the Samantha Ruth Prabhu-starrer is currently at Rs 42.95 crore.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu co-stars with Gulshan Devaiah, Sreemukhi, and Diganth Manchale in Nandini Reddy's Maa Inti Bangaaram.

The plot, which takes place in the 1980s, centres on Samantha's character Swarna, who marries a doctor against the desires of his family. Even though she first finds it difficult to win her in-laws over, she eventually succeeds before her past reappears to sabotage her new existence.
