War 2 has surprised several fans and viewers, who were waiting for the YRF female spy movie Alpha. A small glimpse of the film and the announcement of Bobby Deol as the villain in Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh starrer were shown in War 2. Sharing the excitement about the YRF surprise announcement of Alpha and Deol’s introduction, Sharvari took to her Instagram stories and wrote heartwarming notes about the same. In one post, the actress penned, “Feeling toooo tooo tooooo overwhelmed & proud to be a part of this incredible cinematic universe! YRF Spy universe is jussssst. AAAAHHHHHH!!!!” In another story, she captioned, “Whoooaaaa @iambobbydeol sirrrr!!! Your screen presence is just. What an introduction to you & Alpha in War 2!!”

The hype about Alpha has been increasing with every new announcement. Earlier, Choreographer Bosco Martis talked about working with Alia and Sharvari. He told India Today, “I think it’s exceptional. I think they’re going to stand tall. They’re going to look really sharp. You’re going to see a new Alia, a new Sharvari. It’s going to be a refreshing change. And I just hope I don’t have to bite my words. But I think what they’ve done is exceptional.” 

“You’re going to see something very solid. I’m really putting my money on that,” he added.

Alpha has been directed by Shiv Rawail and produced by Aditya Chopra. The action thriller movie is expected to release on Christmas, this year. It is about two fierce female agents, who tackle dangerous missions in a thrilling world of espionage. They navigate perilous situations, execute daring stunts, and face unexpected turns.
