South Movies To Watch On OTT This Diwali

Mirage (SonyLIV, October 20)

The Malayalam crime thriller movie revolves around Abhirami, who goes on a mission to find her missing fiancé Kiran. She joins hands with journalist Aswin. Their investigation reveals a web of secrets, drawing them into a mystery more complex than anticipated. Mirage Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Hannah Reji Koshy, Deepak Parambol, Sampath Raj and Saravanan in key roles.

 

Aabhyanthara Kuttavaali (Zee5, October 17)

The comedy drama is about a man, who is in a troubled second marriage, faces divorce complications when legal battles spiral with false domestic violence and dowry claims. It turns the justice system itself into a form of punishment. Aabhyanthara Kuttavaali stars Asif Ali, Sreeja Das, Shreya Rukmini, Sidharth Bharathan, Harisree Ashokan and Jagadish in pivotal roles.

Lokah Chapter 1 (JioHotstar)

The Malayalam superhero movie is about a young woman named Chandra who arrives in Bengaluru with a mission. With time, she realises her superpower. Her neighbour, Sunny, sets out to unravel the mystery about her and they are on an unexpected adventure ride together. Lokah Chapter 1 stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Naslen and Sandy Master in key roles. The film is set to release on JioHotstar. As per reports, the movie is set to stream on JioHotstar on October 20.

Tribanadhari Barbarik (Sun NXT, October 17)

The Telugu movie is about a psychiatrist named Dr Shyam, who is devoted to his granddaughter Nidhi, draws inspiration from Barbarik, a warrior from the Mahabharata. When Nidhi disappears, his hunt for answers with a cop. Tribanadhari Barbarik features Sanchi Rai, Sathyaraj, Udaya Bhanu and Vasishta N. Simha in key roles. The film is already streaming on Prime Video and is set to be released on Sun NXT as well on October 17.
