War 2 On OTT: Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer action thriller movie released in theatres on August 14 on the occasion of Independence Day. The film was one of the most anticipated films of the year, which starred Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR and Kiara Advani together onscreen for the first time. The film created hype ahead of the release, but could not perform as per expectations. However, War 2 maintained the 8 week ticket windows to make its digital debut.

Where To Watch War 2 Online?

War 2 has started streaming on Netflix from October 9. The platform shared the news on its social media handles and wrote, “The countdown is over. The War begins.”

What Is War 2 All About?

The movie focused on agent Kabir, who went rogue years ago. He became India’s greatest villain ever. This time, he descends further into the deepest shadows. India sends its deadliest and strongest agent, Vikram, for him. The two had a massive face-off in the beginning, but it’s revealed later that they are childhood friends who parted ways due to some uncanny reason. War 2 features Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, Jr NTR, Arista Mehta, Ashutosh Rana, Anil Kapoor, Reshma Bombaywala, KC Shankar and Madhuri Bhatia in key roles.
War 2 has been directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra under the production banner of YRF. It has a runtime of 2 hours and 50 minutes.

What Is The Budget Of War 2?

According to several reports, War 2 has been made on a budget of around Rs 300 to 400 crore. The film could not reach the budget mark.

War 2 Box Office Collection Report

As per Sacnilk, War 2 collected Rs 236.55 crore in India after 36 days of release. The Hindi version of the movie collected Rs 177.59 crore, Tamil version earned Rs 2.22 crore and the Telugu version collected Rs 56.74 crore. The worldwide collection of War 2 stands at Rs 364.35 crore, whereas the overseas collection is Rs 81.75 crore. However, its prequel earned Rs 471 crore worldwide.
