Pushpa 2: The Rule continues to reign supreme at the box office, achieving unprecedented milestones with each passing day. The film's latest feat is a testament to its unparalleled success, as it becomes the first Indian film to surpass the INR 100 crore mark in worldwide gross on its 10th day and second Saturday of release. Starring Allu Arjun, alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, Pushpa 2 has been making waves since its opening weekend, which spanned four days and yielded an impressive worldwide gross of INR 829 crore. 

The film's opening day collection was particularly historic, with a staggering INR 294 crore, shattering the record for the highest opening in Indian cinema history. This remarkable achievement eclipsed the previous record held by RRR, which stood at INR 223.5 crore, followed closely by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion with INR 217 crore and Kalki 2898 AD with INR 175 crore.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is a highly anticipated 2024 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Sukumar Writings. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Allu Arjun in the titular role, alongside Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil and Anasuya Bharadwaj. 

Serving as the second instalment in the Pushpa film series and the sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, the film follows the journey of Pushpa, a former coolie turned sandalwood smuggler, as he navigates the challenges of sustaining his business amidst fierce opposition from the police, led by the formidable Shekhawat.

The sequel, Pushpa 2: The Rule, was announced in December 2021, with 10% of the footage shot alongside the original film. However, the story was altered, and principal photography began in October 2022. The film features music by Devi Sri Prasad, cinematography by Mirosław Kuba Brożek, and editing by Naveen Nooli, with a massive budget of ₹400-500 crore and a runtime of 200 minutes.
