Samantha shared details about her health routine via her Instagram Story, specifically emphasising the positive impacts of far infrared radiation therapy. In her IG Story, she elaborated on the multiple benefits this therapy offers. She mentioned how it can enhance blood circulation and boost metabolism. Additionally, she noted its ability to reduce body fat, increase energy levels, and assist in detoxifying the body. Samantha also pointed out that this therapy helps in reducing cellulite, rejuvenating the skin, improving the efficacy of sweating, and relieving joint and muscle pain.
