Homi Adajania's directorial 'Cocktail' is one of the most successful movies of his career and is praised by fans for its portrayal of friendship and love. It was rumoured that the filmmaker is working on 'Cocktail 2' with Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday. In a recent interview, he revealed that the reports of 'Cocktail 2' in the works are not true and he has no idea about the project.

While speaking to News18 Showsha, the filmmaker said, "I have no idea about that."

'Cocktail' stars Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty in the lead roles and became a massive success. The star cast received a lot of appreciation for their performances.

On the work front, Homi Adajania last directed 'Murder Mubarak', starring Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Suhail Nayyar and Tara Alisha Berry.

Talking about 'Murder Mubarak', director Homi Adajania said, "Murder Mubarak is a cinematic concoction of actors that are loved across genres and generations and believe me each one of them has done such a fab job in bringing these eccentric characters to life. As per reports, the filmmaker is working on the second season of 'Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo'.
