The upcoming film Savi: A Bloody Housewife has sparked considerable anticipation, featuring Divya Khossla Kumar, Anil Kapoor and Harshvardhan Rane in leading roles. Directed by Abhinay Deo, known for his work on Delhi Belly and Force 2, the movie promises to deliver an action-packed thrill ride. The recently released set of teasers has only added to the excitement.
Divya Khossla Kumar's character immediately grabs attention with a bold declaration, setting the stage for an adrenaline-pumping journey. The teaser showcases brief yet intense shots of Divya engaging in fights, wielding a revolver, and contemplating her motives. One particularly gripping moment shows her seated, recording herself, expressing her helplessness while gripping a pistol.
Her determination to free someone from a high-security London jail adds depth to what appears to be a narrative full of twists and surprises. In the first teaser, which lasts about a minute, Divya, playing a housewife and mother, records her confession on camera. Sitting in a dimly lit room with various notes and pictures behind her, she reveals her plan to escape from one of England's most secure prisons. The teaser hints at her thorough investigation, which is interrupted by her son's voice.
All of these teasers highlight Divya's unwavering resolve to break into the jail at any cost. The second teaser, released on social media by T-Series' official account, leaves viewers pondering over Savi's fate, asking, "With each tick of the clock, #Savi’s fate hangs in the balance. What will she do?"

Produced by Mukesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar, and Krishan Kumar under the banners of Vishesh Entertainment and T-Series, and co-produced by Sakshi Bhatt and Shiv Chanana, Savi was entirely shot in London. The film promises to be an edge-of-your-seat action thriller. The movie is releasing in theatres on May 31, 2024.
