Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah star Gurucharan Singh safely returned home on 17th May after being missing for weeks. The actor was reportedly not keeping well for the past few days. Now, speaking on the same Gurucharan said that he is feeling better and asserted that things are getting back to normal slowly. However, he refused to talk about the reason behind his disappearance. 

In an interview with Times Now, Gurucharan said “My health is good. A few days ago I had a terrible headache though but it is under control now. Dheere dheere cheezen theek ho rahi hai (things are getting better to normal slowly).” 

The TMKOC actor was missing since April 22 from Delhi but he returned home almost after a month. During an interrogation with Delhi Police, the actor claimed that he was on a spiritual journey. 

Reacting to the same, Gurucharan stated that he will only talk about this issue when the legal formalities are complete. He said, “I want to finish a few things first before opening up about it. Ek baar ye closing ho jaye, then I will definitely talk about it.”

“Whatever was pending of mine has been completed but now my father has to go and complete the formalities. The election was going on, so we thought we would wait till then. The court formalities have to be done,” he added.

Earlier, there was an interrogation on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Speaking about the same, producer Asit Kumarr Modi told Times Now, “The police came on our sets and interrogated everyone. I wasn't here then but everyone cooperated. The cops spoke to me later and I told them I hadn't spoken to Gurucharan since the past few months.”

“I am very happy that he is back. I send him my best wishes. I am elated for his family, too. We were all very worried, but now we can sigh in relief since he is back. I don't know the details but I am happy that his family got his son back. Ab unke mind mein kya hai woh samajh nahi sakte na (Can't understand what is going on in his mind). We don't know what he is feeling. I have been trying to call him, but his phone is unreachable. I want to talk to him. I wish he calls me back so I could know more,” he added.
