Taarak Mehta Ka Oooltah Chashmah’s former actor Gurucharan Singh returned home on Friday after being missing for weeks. His disappearance had made a lot of buzz in the industry. There was also an interrogation on the sets of TMKOC. Now, the producer of the show Asit Kumarr Modi has shared his views on the same. He said that everybody was worried for Gurucharan but also stated that he failed to understand the actor's state of mind. Asit further revealed that everybody on the set cooperated during the time of interrogation. 

In an interview with Times Now, Asit shared, “I am very happy that he is back. I send him my best wishes. I am elated for his family, too. We were all very worried, but now we can sigh in relief since he is back. I don't know the details but I am happy that his family got his son back. Ab unke mind mein kya hai woh samajh nahi sakte na (Can't understand what is going on in his mind). We don't know what he is feeling. I have been trying to call him, but his phone is unreachable. I want to talk to him. I wish he calls me back so I could know more.”

“The police came on our sets and interrogated everyone. I wasn't here then but everyone cooperated. The cops spoke to me later and I told them I hadn't spoken to Gurucharan since the past few months.”

About Gurucharan Singh

Gurucharan was about to fly from Delhi to Mumbai on 22nd April, however, he never boarded the flight. Since then his phone was inactive until he made multiple transactions on 24th April. His father lodged a missing person complaint at a police station in Delhi. After days of probe, Gurucharan finally came back to his Delhi residence on 17th May. As per the report by ANI, the actor in a statement to the court said that he was on a spiritual journey.
