Vettaiyan Box Office Collection Day 2: Despite a huge decline, the film featuring Rajinikanth and Fahadh Faasil has surpassed the ₹50 crore mark. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, 'Vettaiyan' made an impressive debut, earning more than ₹30 crore on its opening day, October 10. This release ranks as the second-largest opening for a Tamil film in 2024, although it fell short of Thalapathy Vijay's GOAT. Early trade reports indicate that 'Vettaiyan' may see a boost in its box office numbers over the weekend, thanks to the Dussehra holidays. Produced by Lyca Productions, the film also features Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh in prominent roles.
