BTS' Jimin Is A Fan Of This Bollywood Movie: The immense global fan base of BTS is clear evidence of their significant contribution to the Korean wave, which encompasses tourism, merchandise, and entertainment. It cannot be denied that many people, influenced by K-pop or K-dramas, have nurtured dreams of visiting South Korea or even relocating there permanently. However, what may surprise you is that Koreans themselves are well acquainted with Bollywood, just as we adore their films. Here's an incident involving BTS' Jimin that exemplifies this notion.

For the unversed, the BTS members, known as the Bangtan Boys, have been very active on social media ever since their debut on Instagram. They frequently engage with their fans through live sessions on V Live and also have brief interactions on platforms like Weverse and Twitter.

In 2020, during a live session with fans, BTS' Jimin shared his thoughts on several movies he had recently watched. During the same conversation, he mentioned both the Aamir Khan starrer '3 Idiots' and the Emilia Clarke movie ‘Me Before You.’ This revelation sparked a great celebration among Indian fans, as being recognised by one of the BTS members is highly significant to their fandom.

The producer of '3 Idiots,' featuring Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles, got to know about the mention made by Jimin, and chose to respond to him in a unique manner. The incident gained significant attention, leading Vidhu Vinod Chopra Films to tweet a simple yet heartfelt "Thank You" to Jimin. This gesture left the Indian fans even more thrilled and elated.
