Bengaluru Weather: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a generally cloudy sky with light rain for the entire week for Bengaluru. The light showers are likely to bring some respite to the residents who have been dealing with unusual weather patterns for the last couple of days. Meanwhile, the weather body has forecast heavy rains in multiple Karnataka districts, including Dakshina Kannada and Udupi till July 5.

“Southwest monsoon was normal over North Interior Karnataka and weak over Coastal Karnataka & South Interior Karnataka. Rainfall occurred at most places over Coastal Karnataka; at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over South Interior Karnataka,” IMD said in its bulletin.
