Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to launch his campaign for the Delhi Assembly elections, just a day after taking a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam in the Prayagraj Mahakumbh Mela. CM Yogi will focus on connecting with the residents of Delhi who are originally from Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
On the first day of his campaign on Thursday, he will hold public meetings in the Kiraari, Janakpuri and Karol Bagh assembly constituencies. During these events, he will urge voters in Delhi to support the BJP candidates.
Voting for the 70 Delhi Assembly seats will take place on February 5. To ensure victory for the BJP candidates, CM Yogi will start his vigorous campaign starting Thursday. His first public meeting will be at 3:30 pm at Durga Chowk, Prem Nagar, in the Kiraari assembly constituency. He will campaign in support of BJP candidate Bajrang Shukla, who hails from Sultanpur and has significant support from people of Eastern Uttar Pradesh living in the area.
The second public meeting will be at 4:50 pm in the Devanagar area of the Karol Bagh constituency, where he will seek votes for BJP candidate Dushyant Gautam.
Yogi's third meeting will be in the Janakpuri assembly constituency at 6:00 pm, at 40 Foota Road Pankha Road, in support of BJP candidate Ashish Sood.

According to sources, cited by Jagran.com, CM Yogi will hold 14 public meetings over four days. After January 23, he will have more rallies on January 28, January 30 and February 1. His public meetings will be held in areas like Ghonda, Shahdara, Uttam Nagar, Dwarka, Bijwasan, Palam, Rajendra Nagar and Patparganj, where he will appeal to the voters to elect BJP candidates.
