Delhi Traffic Advisory Nov 22: The Delhi Traffic Police, in connection with the 'Run for Unity' on the occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of the late Shri Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, have announced a traffic Advisory, alerting commuters about possible disruptions to vehicular movement on the designated marathon route.

Delhi Traffic Advisory: 'Run For Unity' Route

In the Delhi traffic advisory for Saturday, November 22, the Delhi traffic police has made an elaborate post on social media on X, alerting commuters about diversion and restrictions. The Delhi traffic police has also shared the route of the Marathon through the X post on the Delhi traffic advisory. The running event will begin from the DDA sports complex and will conclude in Pitampura. The Route is -

DDA Sports Complex → Maya Muni Ram Marg → MCD Parking → Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Commercial Complex near Road N. 44, Pitampura.

The event is expected to attract large crowds, resulting in road diversions and parking restrictions in surrounding areas. Commuters are advised to avoid affected routes and use public transport to reduce traffic congestion. Approx. 2000 participants are expected to join the event.

Delhi Traffic Advisory Saturday Timing

The traffic on the route of the short marathon will be affected from 8:30 am to 12 noon on Saturday, November 22.

Delhi Traffic Diversion Today: Check Restricted Routes

The traffic advisory will remain in effect for 3.5 hours from 8:30 am to 12 pm on Saturday, November 22. The commuters are advised to avoid the following roads between 8:30 am and 12 noon, particularly heavy vehicles.

- Maya Muni Ram Marg

- Lala Jagat Narain Marg

- Road No. 44, Pitampura

- M2K Road

No heavy vehicles will be permitted on these streets during the event.

Motorists are advised to follow traffic rules and plan the journey, as crowds on the road affect vehicular movement. Roadside parking will not be permitted on Maya Muni Ram Marg, Lala Jaga Narain Marg and Road N. 44, Pitampura.
