At least four people died and 15 were injured on Sunday after a pickup van collided with a truck and two two-wheelers near Radhanpur in Gujarat's Patan district, a police official said. The accident occurred on the national highway near Moti Pipli village around 10 a.m.
The deceased have been identified as Lakshman Desai, Yash Unchosan, Kanu Raval, and Nasib Khan. The pickup van was carrying around 15 passengers.

Superintendent of Police Vasant Nayi said the van collided head-on with a truck during an overtaking attempt on a stretch where one lane was blocked due to road construction. In the process, the van also struck two two-wheelers carrying four people.
"The dead comprise two passengers of the van and two motorcyclists. Fifteen people sustained injuries, two of whom are in critical condition. All have been hospitalised," he added.
In a separate incident, at least three students died in a road accident late Friday night on the Rajkot-Bhavnagar highway in Gujarat.
The students, all studying at RK University in Rajkot, were travelling to Diu when the car they were in overturned after the driver lost control of the vehicle. Eleven people were in the car at the time, and eight others sustained minor injuries. Rescue teams used a JCB machine to help extricate the passengers from the overturned vehicle.
The deceased have been identified as Mothe Harsa, Afraz Sheikh, and Naresh Kodavati, all 19 years old, from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Their bodies were taken to Rajkot Civil Hospital for post-mortem examination.
