The Pahalgam terror attack was carried out by the terrorists associated with The Resistance Front, an offshoot of the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) on April 22. The attack took lives of 26 civilians, including a Nepali citizen.
The terrorists absconded after killing the innocent tourists. While the tensions between India and Pakistan soared, taking both countries to the edge of a war, the security forces continued with their hunt for the perpetrators.
