Karnataka Weather Update: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has put Bengaluru on a yellow alert for heavy rain on Thursday. Apart from this, the weather body has also issued yellow alert in Kodagu, Mysuru, Shivamogga, Chikkamagaluru, Chitradurga, Dharwad, Gadag, Koppal, Belagavi, Vijayapura, Kolar and Chikkaballapur districts of Karnataka. The rain activity is likely to continue till July 22 across the state.

July 17: Light to moderate rain with sustained wind (30-40 kmph) likely to occur at many places over Belagavi, Dharwad Haveri, Gadag Bagalkot, Bidar, Kalaburgi, Koppal, Raichur, Vijayapura and Yadgir districts.
July 18: Light to moderate rain with sustained wind (30-40 kmph) likely to occur at many places over Bagalkot, Belagavi, Bidar, Kalaburgi, Haveri, Gadag, Dharwad, Koppal, Raichur, Vijayapura and Yadgir districts.
July 19: Light to moderate rain with sustained wind (40-50 kmph) likely to occur at most places over Bagalkot, Belagavi , Bidar, Kalaburgi, Haveri, Gadag, Dharwad, Koppal, Raichur, Vijayapura and Yadgir districts.
July 20: Light to moderate rain with sustained wind (40-50 kmph) likely to occur at a few places over Bagalkot, Belagavi, Bidar, Kalaburgi, Haveri, Gadag, Dharwad, Koppal, Raichur, Vijayapura and Yadgir districts.
South Interior Karnataka
