Nawada Schoolgirl Video: A day after the shocking incident in Bihar's Jamui, where a teenager was sexually assaulted by the local goons, another disturbing incident has come to light from Nawada. In a viral video on the social media platforms, the girl students of a government school have alleged that the headmaster has harassed them by forcefully entering their washroom. They further alleged that he touched the girls inappropriately and threatened them, raising serious questions on the law and order.
Headmaster Accused Of Harassment
While sharing a video of the crying girls on X, Congress MP Pawan Khera slammed the state government over the recent incidents. In the video, the girls were seen crying and alleging the headmaster entered the girls' washroom and forced them to sit on his lap. They further alleged that the headmaster also threatened them, adding the incident has disturbed the girl students.

"The Bihar government must raise the standards of policing, accountability and basic social order. If it cannot ensure that girls walk on the streets and use a school washroom without fear, then it should walk out in shame," Khera said in his post.
Headmaster Arrested Under POCSO Act
The students, along with their parents, staged a massive protest inside the campus on September 18, leading to the arrest of the headmaster under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The incident reportedly occurred a day before the moral policing case in Jamui where a group of local miscreants sexually harassed a class 10 girl student.
A video of the incident went viral on the social media platforms, sending shockwaves across the nation. The matter escalated after a JDU leader termed it a small incident; however, he later apologized for his remarks. Upon criticism, the Bihar police have arrested a total of six accused. Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejshwi Yadav has slammed the state government for the alleged poor law and order.
