In separate news IndiGo has rolled out a ‘Gesture of Care’ (GoC) package to support passengers affected by large-scale flight disruptions between December 3 and 5, 2025. During this period, several flights were delayed or cancelled, causing long waits for travellers.

The airline said the initiative aims to ease inconvenience and reaffirm passenger care as its priority. The scheme applies to flights that were cancelled close to departure or delayed by over three hours. Children and infants are also covered.

Eligible passengers will receive Rs 10,000 in travel vouchers, issued as two Rs 5,000 vouchers per person. These vouchers are valid for 12 months, non-transferable, and can be used for flight bookings or add-on services. Passengers will receive claim details via email.
