After the residential plot scheme, Yamuna Authority (Yida) is going to launch a scheme for the constructed building. In this scheme, 1239 flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The scheme includes three sizes of flats.

Their price ranges from Rs 23.37 lakh (noida flat rate) to Rs 45.90 lakh. Applicants will be able to select the flat of their choice and book it. The scheme will be in force for about six and a half months. In Sector 22D, the Authority (Noida Authority) has constructed 29.76 sqm of one BSK, 54.75 sqm of one BHK four-storey, and 99.86 sqm of two BHK 16-storey flats. The Authority has allotted these flats under various schemes, but 1239 flats are still left.

The Authority has launched a scheme from September 19 for the sale of these flats. This scheme will be effective until March 31. The flats will be allotted on the basis of 'first come first serve'. Authority's Chief Executive Officer Dr. Arunvir Singh, says that in the scheme, applicants will get the facility to book the flat of their choice.

The price of flats for the first, second, and third storey will be higher. Ten percent amount will have to be paid along with the application. Twenty percent amount will be paid as an allotment fee, and the remaining amount will be paid in installments.

There is only the option of online application in the scheme. Like the residential plot scheme, the authority is also expecting good applications in the constructed building scheme.
