When you juice fruit, you concentrate that sugar into one extremely sippable drink.

Sugary Cereals

Sugary cereals have a high glycemic index which may cause high blood lipid levels, increased hunger and risk of heart disease and diabetes. They contain empty calories that are associated with unhealthy weight gain and with time may contribute to chronic health conditions. 

Pancakes Or Waffles

Amongst popular breakfast foods, pancakes and waffles are something that almost everyone consumes in their early morning meals. Breakfast foods like pancakes, waffles and French toast contain high amounts of sugar that may cause early morning blood sugar spikes and make you experience fatigue. 

Sweetened Or Flavoured Yoghurt

Although yoghurt is a good source of probiotics, certain types may be loaded with sugar, which may be unhealthy for your heart health. Also, they are less fulfilling as they almost contain fat and no vital nutrients. 

Premade Smoothies

Smoothies contain high levels of added sugar and liquid calories that may cause dental caries, obesity and tooth erosion. Even if you are consuming vegetable smoothies that contain spinach, carrots or kale, they may contain sugar that may harm your health.
