Foods For Joint Health: As soon as the winter approaches, it begins to make us experience excruciating pain in our joints. The cold temperatures during winter cause the soft tissues of the body to swell and put pressure on the joints, causing joint pain. Winter months can also cause swift changes in mood and lifestyle, which may increase the risk of joint pain. Changes in barometric pressure cause the tissues around the joints to expand, putting pressure on the nerves, and resulting in pain. Apart from medications and therapies, dietary choices also play a great role in reducing joint pain. Here are some healthy foods shared by Dr Loveneet Batra, an award-winning nutritionist to add to your diet for joint pain.
