In today’s world of chemical-laden hair products and stress-induced hair issues, many are turning back to ancient remedies for sustainable hair health. Ayurveda, the age-old science of life and wellness, offers a holistic approach to haircare that not only targets external concerns but also restores internal balance. Rooted in the principles of dosha equilibrium, Ayurvedic haircare emphasises daily rituals, herbal nourishment, and mindful living to promote naturally strong, lustrous hair. Healthy hair is often a reflection of both physical and mental well-being, contributing significantly to the confidence and self-esteem of individuals.
