FENNEL seeds or saunf are widely used kitchen herbs in every Indian household. They are green and white plants and are flavorful herbs with various medicinal properties. Fennel seeds are used for a variety of purposes including mouth fresheners, preparing tea and many more. India is one of the largest exports of fennel seeds. Saunf dominates almost every dish and is relished after meals for a sweet and refreshing flavour. Here is a list of some amazing benefits of consuming fennel seeds regularly for a healthy body.

Fennel seeds are packed with great amounts of nutrients including fibre, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and manganese.
