Bread Poha Recipe Ingredients List
2 tbsp oil
1/8 tbsp hing
1 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 curry leaves
2 whole red chiles
1 tbsp cooked peas
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
4 slices bread chopped,
2 green chiles
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
dessicated coconut

Easy Bread Poha Recipe: How To Make This Healthy Poha For Breakfast
1. In a pan, heat oil on medium heat.
2. Add hing (asafoetida) and allow it to sizzle.
3. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the boiled green peas and mix well.
5. Add the roasted peanuts, and cook till golden brown.
6. Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

7. Add the slices of bread and mix till all the bread is coated.
8. Sprinkle a small amount of water to enhance the moisture of dish.
9. Add green chilies, lemon juice and coriander leaves to your vegetable for tang.
10. Top with desiccated coconut.
11. Serve warm and enjoy!
