2. Don’t try any products on your own, as they can damage the hair.
3. It is important to wear a hat or scarf, or use a hair serum with UV protection when outdoors, as suggested by the doctor.
4. It is also necessary to stay hydrated by drinking enough water and keeping the scalp healthy.
5. Say NO to tight hairstyles that pull on the scalp and cause breakage and steal your peace of mind.
6. Also, hair can get damaged during those hot summer months, so trim split ends to maintain hair health.

Don’ts Of Summer Haircare:
1. Don’t opt for straightening, curling, or blow-drying to prevent dryness.
2. The hair should be tied loosely.
3. Colouring or chemical straightening in summer can increase brittleness and cause dry hair, too. So, beware and avoid experimenting with the hair.
4. It is not a good idea to rub wet hair vigorously. It is necessary to pat dry in a gentle way in order to prevent hair from breakage and frizz.
5. Excessive oiling can attract dust and sweat, making hair look greasy and raising the chances of issues like dandruff. So, oil just before an hour and then wash the hair properly.
