1. Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is an extremely healthy drink that you can sip on to ease the symptoms of bloating. It is abundant in vitamin C and antioxidants that help in easy digestion and prevent bloating. The presence of citric acid and vitamin C kick starts digestion and further soothes bloating and heartburn.

If you are experiencing bloating, you can prepare cucumber juice, which acts as a natural carminative and relieves the symptoms of bloating and gas.
