Lunar Eclipse 2020: Effect of Rahu and Ketu in zodiac signs, its significance during 'Chandra Grahan'

New Delhi | Jagran Lifestyle Desk: The first lunar eclipse of 2020 will occur on the intervening night of January 10 (Friday) and January 11 (Saturday) between 10.40 am and 2.40 am. The first lunar eclipse of the new year is dubbed as 'wolf moon' as it time of the year when wolves are most voal. Apart from India, the eclipse can be seen in countries of Asia, Europe, Australia and Africa. A lunar eclipse occurs when the moon passes through the shadow of the earth. During a lunar eclipse the moon may into a reddish colour. It is alright to look at a lunar eclipse because the moon does not make its own light.

The placement of the North Node-- Rahu and the South Node-- Ketu reveal important clues regarding the past life karma and aspects of our personality.  We all have Rahu and Ketu in our charts. Rahu represents the head of the serpent. It has a strong desire for material aspects like wealth, success, sex, notariety and fame.
