Adipurush Box Office Collection Day 22: The highly anticipated film 'Adipurush' starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon had a grand opening but quickly fizzled out. Although it didn't turn out to be a complete failure at the box office, it fell short of the expected earnings. As the film approaches the end of its theatrical run, it has been struggling to surpass the daily collection of Rs 50 lakh, even after alterations in dialogues and a public apology from the filmmakers.

Amidst various controversies, Prabhas' film 'Adipurush' made its theatrical debut on June 16. The movie was released across India in five languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

However, this news sparked a debate online, with some questioning the authenticity of the numbers. Trade analysts have indicated that the film might have faced a loss of Rs 50 crore or even more. An official statement regarding the financial performance of the film is still awaited.

'Adipurush' is an epic retelling of Valmiki's ‘Ramayana’, presented in a 3D format.
