Dombivli Water Cut: The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) has announced a 12-hour water supply suspension in Dombivli on Tuesday, December 30, in the wake of the urgent maintenance work to repair the leaking tank inlet.
According to an X post by KDMC, leakage has been detected at the inlet of a high-level water tank constructed at Khambalpada under the Amrut 2.0 scheme. The Leakage at the tapping point connected to the main water channel can lead to further water loss and more damage if not fixed urgently.

What Time Will Dombivli Water Cut Occur On December 30
As per the announcement by KDMC, the water supply suspension has been scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm on Tuesday, December 30, affecting the daily lives of residents.
Where Will Dombivli Water Take Place
The water outage will take place in all the neighbourhoods of Dombivli East and West.
KDMC assures residents that normal supply will resume as soon as the work is completed and the system is stable. Residents, housing societies, and businesses are urged to prepare in advance and store sufficient water beforehand.

Where Does Dombivli Get Its Water From
Dombivli’s water supply comes from the Ulhas River. It is first lifted at the Marmohili Undunchan Centre, then treated at the 150 MLD Netivali Water Purification Plant, and finally distributed to households across Dombivli East and West.
