Reason Behind Mumbai Showers

As per meteorologists, quoted by The Indian Express report, the southwest monsoon officially withdrew on October 10 but the rain activity is connected to an upper air cyclonic circulation over the southeast Arabian Sea and adjoining Lakshadweep. This condition is adding to the easterly and northeasterly winds prevailing at lower atmospheric levels over southern India.

As per experts, the occasional rain has added to the moisture in the atmosphere.
