Amazon Prime Day 2026 has officially begun in India, and if you've been waiting to buy a new smartphone, the next three days could be worth keeping an eye on. Running from July 4 to July 6, this year's sale marks Prime Day's 10th anniversary and brings deals across flagship, mid-range and budget phones. Amazon says more than 500 new products from over 100 Indian and global brands are part of the event, but smartphones are once again among the biggest attractions.

From Samsung and OnePlus to Motorola and iQOO, several brands have already confirmed their Prime Day prices, with additional bank offers, exchange bonuses and no-cost EMI available on eligible purchases.

Samsung, iPhone 17 Pro Max, OnePlus And iQOO Lead The Smartphone Deals

The biggest headline deal comes from Samsung. The Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G will be available for Rs. 84,999, and buyers can further reduce the effective price by exchanging an eligible old smartphone. Amazon says the exchange benefit can go up to Rs 66,000, while no-cost EMI for up to 12 months is also on offer.

It's not just Samsung that is giving discounts on the iPhone 16 128 GB model and the latest iPhone 17 Pro Max 256 GB model. The iPhone 16 is available for Rs 62,900, down from Rs 79,000, which is a 21% discount, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max is available for Rs 139,000, down from Rs 149,000, which is a discount of 10% effectively on the deal day.

OnePlus is also bringing multiple phones to the sale. The OnePlus 13 has been listed at Rs. 49,999, while the newer OnePlus N6 drops to Rs. 19,999. Those looking for a more premium Nord device can pick up the OnePlus Nord 6, which starts at Rs. 42,999, although the final price depends on the RAM and storage variant you choose.

Samsung isn't stopping with its flagship either. The Galaxy M47 5G will be available for Rs. 22,999, while buyers shopping on a tighter budget can choose between the Galaxy M06 5G, priced at Rs. 12,499, and the Galaxy M07, which starts at Rs. 9,999.

iQOO's Z11x is another phone joining the sale at Rs. 19,999, while Motorola's Moto G45 5G has been listed at Rs. 12,448, giving buyers another affordable 5G option.

Most of these smartphones also come with no-cost EMI for up to 12 months, although the exact offers vary depending on the device.

Don't let the headline price fool you

Before rushing to place an order, it's worth spending a minute checking exactly what you're buying. In large sales, there is usually more than one configuration of the same phone that can be purchased at varying prices.

For instance, in the case of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, the Rs. 84,999 price is for the variant with 12GB RAM and 256 GB storage space. Accidental selection of any other variant of the same phone will yield a different final price.

It should also be considered if the advertised price includes bank discount or if it requires a special type of bank card. Similarly, the exchange benefits advertised by the brand should be evaluated. As much as Amazon states that exchange benefit on the Galaxy S25 Ultra can be of up to Rs. 66,000, the benefit you get varies depending on the kind of phone you are exchanging.

Final price may differ from the advertised price

The figure mentioned in the banner may not necessarily be the final price you will pay at check out. Final price varies depending on how the various offers will add up.

No Cost EMI can make an expensive purchase easier to manage, but it doesn't reduce the phone's selling price. Instead, it simply spreads the payment over monthly instalments without adding interest, provided you're using an eligible payment option.

While smartphones are expected to attract most of the attention during Prime Day, the sale also includes discounts on laptops, tablets, TVs, audio products and smart home devices. Amazon is also highlighting AI-powered shopping tools such as Rufus AI and Lens AI, which are designed to help shoppers compare products and discover deals more easily throughout the three-day sale.
