Apple Creator Studio subscription: Apple today announced Apple Creator Studio, a new subscription bundle that offers access to its suite of professional creative apps on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. For video editors, musicians, designers and the rest of us who want studio-grade tools in one affordable pack.

No longer are users buying each app separately—instead, they’re getting access to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro and Apple’s productivity apps under one subscription.

Apple Creator Studio price in India, availability details

Cost of apple creator studio:

- ₹399 per month

- ₹3,999 per year

Students are offered a discount and pay ₹199 per month or ₹1,999 for the year.

Subscriptions will open on Jan. 28, and new users can receive a one-month free trial to test out the platform. New Mac and eligible iPad buyers will get three months free. (iPhoto and iMovie are not free but as part of the latest release of OS X, called Yosemite, can be downloaded at no charge.) With Family Sharing, up to six family members can use the subscription for no extra fee.

Apple has confirmed that the one-off purchase versions of Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Motion, Compressor and MainStage will also remain available as standalone products. With Apple products, Keynote, Pages, Numbers and Freeform will still be free.

What’s New for Creators

Video Editing

On the Mac and iPad, Final Cut Pro receives AI-enabled features that include Transcript Search, Visual Search, Beat Detection and Montage Maker on iPad. These features are aimed at making editing faster and making it easier to sync what’s happening on the screen with a piece of music.

You will also get motion and compressor for advanced graphics and export scenarios.

Music Creation

Logic Pro includes AI-powered instruments such as Synth Player and Chord ID, which can perform automatically and identify chord progressions from audio or MIDI. The Sound Library has also been enlarged with additional royalty-free loops and samples.

Image Editing

Pixelmator Pro jumps to iPad with a redesigned interface optimised for touch, support for Apple Pencil, Super Resolution, Auto Crop, improved masking and a new Warp tool, plus more universal mockups between Mac and iPad.

Productivity Apps

Premium templates, themes and a new Content Hub for Keynote, Pages, Numbers and Freeform are also now included with the subscription.
