iPhone 16 Series Leaks: Action Button In All Models To Bigger Displays In Pros; Three Leaked Details About Upcoming iPhone

iPhone 16 Leaks: Apple launched the iPhone 15 series in September this year. Soon after the event concluded, we started hearing details about the iPhone 16 series via the leaks channel. In the latest move, the rumour mill claims that the iPhone 16 lineup may debut with the much-hyped Action button.

While the models are about 10 months away from the anticipated launch, here are the top five features that may debut with the phone's release.

Action Button On All Models

MacRumors claims the Cupertino-based tech giant is planning to add the new Action button to the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus. On the Pro models this year, the company replaced the Mute Switch. The report noted that it might function like a Touch ID home button. Apple has a track record of introducing new features on the 'Pro' models first and bringing them to the vanilla trims in the later iterations. This year, it was Dynamic Island on the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus.

Plus, reports are positive that the company may introduce the much-anticipated solid-state buttons on the top-end model this time. Moreover, the company is reportedly considering a "Capture" button that may sit near the power button. However, its function and design implementation is unknown at the moment.

Bigger Display On Pros

The company may increase the screen estate of both the Pro models. iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max may offer a 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch screen. Plus, Apple may adopt a stacked camera design for the models, according to TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. Moreover, to better handle heating, the smartphone maker may add a graphene thermal system and a metal battery outer casing.

Improved Telephoto and Ultrawide

The iPhone 16 Pro may get the 5x zoom lens, exclusive to the top-end 2023 iPhone. Moreover, reports tip an improved primary sensor from Sony on the smartphone. iPhone 16 Pro Max could offer more zoom range than the current 5x limit. A 48MP ultrawide sensor has been tipped by reports in the past.
