Apple is all set to introduce some cool AI powered features for the tech fans later this year, confirmed Tim Cook. Well, not only in iPhones, the tech giant is believed to be bringing some ground-breaking technology to the Macs and other devices. This comes after a Reuters report claimed that Tim Cook during the company’s Q1 earnings call said that Apple will reveal its AI plans later this year and also Mac is the best computer in the market and there’s no better computer for AI than that.

Further, Tom Cook also talked about the company’s belief in the transition that Gen AI could bring and stated some significant investments are being done in the field to explore different opportunities for productivity and problem solving.

However, the company is yet to make any official announcement to confirm the AI integration in the iPhones and Macs. It is worth noting that the company has been slow in investing, implementing and using the Gen AI, completely opposite to its competitors in the market.

On the other side, Microsoft and Google have been very vocal and quick to integrate AI into their businesses. According to rumours, Tim Cook stated that AI is already in development, with some very exciting advances and announcements planned for the next months.

Since Macs are the greatest computers on the market for AI, Cook also hinted at some revolutionary capabilities that will be added to the Macs. "Any Mac running on Apple silicon is an incredibly powerful artificial intelligence device," he said. According to Cook, as reported by Reuters, "There's actually no better computer for AI on the market today."

The news comes just a few days after allegations that Apple's AI-powered self-driving EV project had been cancelled. According to the article, the decision surprised more than 2,000 project staff. According to sources, Apple has ended a decade-long endeavour to focus on artificial intelligence.
