Google Chrome, one of the most used web browsers globally is now getting a revamped look later this month. Google is introducing a refreshed look on the occasion of the browser’s 15th anniversary. Taking to the blog post, the company has announced that the browser's new look will be based on the Material You design.
According to the blog post, Chrome will get refreshed icons with more focus on legibility. In addition, there will be new themes and colours which will help the users segment between the two profiles. This can come in handy for users who want to keep their personal and work lives separate.

The company has also announced that it will be making changes to the Settings menu in order to let users customise with easy-to-use features. Google Chrome Extensions, Google Translate and Google Password Manager will be revamped.
Google has also stressed the Material You design in order to give the browser a better visual experience. With this, the users will be able to see better design language, colours and even a simple user interface. The Chrome browser, icons, homepage and settings will look similar to the theme of the browser in order to retain the massive user base and easy-to-navigate options.
Not only that, the Chrome Web Store will also get revised accents which will make it look like Google Play. It may also add extension categories like AI-powered extensions and Editors' spotlight. Chrome will now offer more personalised recommendations along with improved Safety Check to extensions to let the users see if it is violating Google's Terms of Service.
It is not a secret that Google is also putting a lot of effort into AI integration. The blog also mentions the commitment to roll out more AI features by Bard into the services. The company has also announced that it is also working on the security of the users.
