GOOGLE Bard, a popular chatbot, that was developed to take on the Open AI’s ChatGPT, has got a new capability using which the users can now get images along with the answers to their queries. Taking to the experiment update page, the company has officially announced the addition of this new capability and has also listed the list of changes that are made.
The new feature is introduced by the company with the intention of assisting users in more effective idea communication. “Images can bring concepts to life, make recommendations more persuasive and enhance responses when you ask for visual information,” says the report.
“Beginning with English responses, Bard may now bring in photos from Google Search, allowing you to get helpful responses with visuals,” according to the page. Users will also be able to directly request photos from Bard. For each image, Bard will include a source.
How To Use It
The new feature can be accessed by following the below-listed steps:
1. Go To Bard AI’s official website bard.google.com
2. Try and ask the questions that can be better explained with the images rather than the large text chunk
3. View the relevant image as a single image or a gallery based on the response if you find it relevant.
4. If you want to know where the image came from, click on it and you'll be sent to the source page.
Meanwhile, Google announced a slew of new AI features at its annual developer conference on May 10. AI integrations will soon be available for Maps, Photos, and other applications. Furthermore, the Google Workspace services will receive Bard AI assistance, making them more capable than before. With the new add-ons, Bard AI can assist users in writing, summarising, answering tough queries, and even planning trips.
Furthermore, the company has announced the move of Bard AI to the PaLM 2 big language model, which enhances the AI platform's creativity.
