Google Pixel 8 series which was launched at ‘Made By Google’ recently is now all set to be on sale. The Pixel 8 series which has two variants including the vanilla Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will be running on the latest Android 14 and gets a slew of new features including AI-powered applications. As per the Flipkart listing on its Big Billion Days 2023 sale, the Pixel 8 which is announced at Rs 75,999 is currently offered with up to Rs 8,000 of bank discount. Not only that, the customers can get a bonus of Rs 3,000 if they exchange their old devices which will bring down the price of the Pixel 8 to Rs 64,999. The phone is available in two storage variants and three colour options.
Speaking of the Pixel 8 Pro, the smartphone is available at a price of Rs 93,999 inclusive of all bank discounts. The smartphone made its India debut with Rs 1,06,999.
Google Pixel 8 Series: What's New
Google Pixel 8 series gets a variety of new hardware features. The Pixel 8 has a curvier body along with a glass and aluminium body. It gets a beautiful 6.2-inch display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 2,000 units along with Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
Another highlight of the Pixel 8 series is the Tensor G3 chipset. Google has incorporated the latest AI-supportive powerful chipset which also promises significant camera upgrades. Not only that, the company has also enhanced the camera offerings in the series along with the Temperature sensor. The battery and fast charging are also improved if compared to the Pixel 7 series.
