GOOGLE will likely announce its first foldable handset - Pixel Fold, at the I/O event scheduled for May 10, 2023. The handset is a high-anticipated product that has been subject to numerous leaks and rumours in the past. In that latest series, Jon Prosser as a host in a YouTube video of 'FRONT PAGE TECH,' leaked almost everything about Google Pixel Fold including the expected price and speculated release date.
In the video, Prosser also added Google could officially tease the handset on April 26. Further, according to the information, Google may bundle a Pixel Watch with the Fold device. Here are the tipped specifications and pricing details that Prosser highlighted in the video.

Google Pixel Fold Expected Specifications
The front display could have a 5.8-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen with a resolution of 2092x1080p. Coming to the main screen, a 7.6-inch 120Hz OLED display with a resolution of 2208 x 1840p and a 6:5 aspect ratio could be present. It could weigh 283g.
Under the hood, it may have a Google Tensor G2 chip with a Titan M2 security processor. Speaking of memory, a single 12GB LPDDR5 RAM model is tipped with two storage configurations - 256GB and 512GB. Coming to the software, Android 13, based on Google's proprietary UI, could be there. To power the phone, it could have a battery that the tipster claims could last for about 24 hours.
Moving to the highly-anticipated optics, a 48MP primary sensor with OIS, 10.8MP ultra-wide and 10.8MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and 20x super-resolution zoom may sit on the phone. Further, the primary lens could have Laser Detect Auto Focus (LDAF). On the front, a 9.5MP fixed focus selfie shooter will likely debut with an 8MP camera on the main screen.
Further, in the video, the host claims the cameras will support Rear Camera Selfie, Magic Eraser, Photo Unblur, Long Exposure and Real Tone. On the rear sensor, it may support up to 4K 30fps video recording will be supported. For security, it could have a face unlock inside the power button.

Google Pixel Fold Expected Price and Availability
Here are the tipped pricing and availability details of the handset:
- Google Pixel Fold 256GB Variant in Chalk and Obsidian colours - USD 1,799 (roughly Rs 1,47,000)
- Google Pixel Fold 512GB Variant in Obsidian colour (only) - USD 1,919 (roughly Rs 1,57,000 after price conversion)
After the announcement, it will likely be available for pre-order on Google Store only. Later on May 30, the pre-orders may expand to carriers. The Pixel Fold may be finally available for purchase on June 27.
