Google is all set to host the 'Made by Google' event, where the tech giant will release the upcoming Pixel 8 series phones, Pixel Watch 2 and new Pixel Buds. And it seems the company is brewing a surprise for users and might offer a second-generation watch for free if buyers pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro.

In a poster leaked by renowned tipster Kamila Wojciechowska, the freebie is advertised. However, it is not clear whether this will apply to India. For context, the search leader has already confirmed that the gadget will be available on Flipkart from October 5.

Google Pixel Watch 2 Teaser Video Leaked

On a related note, Kamila also shared a teaser video of the Watch 2 with 91Mobiles, which gives a detailed hint about the features that the device could pack. It will have an improved heart rate sensor to offer precision readings. A robust stress management system and a skin temperature sensor have been advertised in the clip.

As for other fitness sensors, the watch could offer several workout modes. For safety, the Watch 2 could offer a 'Safety Check' to schedule a timer and share location with emergency services and contacts in case of no response from the wearer. Coming to extras, the watch may also have an Always-On feature. It is said to offer up to 24 hours of battery life and charge to 100 per cent in 75 minutes.

Google Pixel Watch 2 Specifications (Expected)

According to reports, the Pixel Watch 2 may have a 1.2-inch AMOLED screen. For performance, it may have a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipset. It will likely run Wear OS 4. The smartwatch could offer an ECG app and Afib detection, according to FoneArena. Plus, the device could have 5ATM water resistance. A 306mAh battery could be there on the watch.
