Telegram Web is an easy way to open your Telegram Chats on a web browser without having to download the app on your computer. It reflects your conversations in near real-time and keeps contacts, messages and group data perfectly in sync with your phone. This makes it perfect for work cases where you need to access an account but don't want these added features (or similarly when you are working on a shared or temporary computer).
There are two methods for logging you in to Telegram Web: with a QR code or your phone number. Here’s how both methods work.

What You Need Before Logging In
Before you get going, please take note of a few things. You will need both an active Telegram account and a steady internet connection on your phone and computer. Telegram Web performs ideally on the newer browsing applications such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. When you log in, you can use Nebi like on your phone (including sending messages and sharing files, downloading media, managing groups, etc.).
How to Use Telegram Web With a QR Code
This is also the quickest and most used way of logging in.
First of all, open a browser on your computer and go to web.telegram.org. You will see a QR code on the screen.
Now, launch the Telegram app on your phone. Navigate to Settings, click Devices and choose the option to Link Desktop Device. Your phone’s camera will activate on its own. Aim it at the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
Telegram Web will automatically log you in once it is scanned. Without entering a code or password, chat hosts will pop up immediately.
How to Use Telegram Web With Your Phone Number
If you don’t have your phone camera handy, you can log in by using your phone number instead.
1. Open web.telegram.org from your computer.
2. Select Log in by phone number.
3. Choose your country and type in the registered phone number.
4. Tap Next to continue.
5. Your Telegram app will receive a login code, not an SMS.
6. Download the app to your phone, take note of the code and enter it on the website.
7. Once verified, you'll be logged in.
Things to Keep in Mind
The good news is your Telegram session on the web client will remain active until you log out or you have logged in and there has been no activity for a while. For your security, we’ve sent a confirmation email to the address you entered. You can also review and delete active sessions anytime on your phone at Settings > Devices.
