Popular PC maker HP has unveiled its new HP Victus Special Edition laptops in India specially focused towards students. These are powered by the 12th-generation Intel Core CPUs and NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU for improved ray tracing, gaming and AI enhancements. The company has partnered with NVIDIA for the machine and is offering HP Gaming Garage access with an online professional certificate program in esports management and game development for free.

HP Victus Special Edition Specifications

The laptop sports a 15.6-inch FHD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and 7ms response time. Under the hood, it gets a 12th generation Intel Core H series CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050A GPU for performance and up to 16GB RAM. The Victus Special Edition laptop weighs 2.29kg

The Special Edition laptop houses a 70WHr battery. It gets a full-size backlit keyboard. For optimised thermal performance, it offers OMEN Tempest Cooling solution (with IR thermopile sensor for better heat dissipation). This ensures you get sustained performance in multitasking and gaming.

HP Victus Special Edition Price

HP Victus Special Edition laptops carry a starting price of Rs 65,999 in India and will be available across HP's official channels and multi-brand outlets. It will be available in Atmospheric Blue colour. Buyers can get the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 headset for Rs 499 (worth Rs 6,097) with the purchase from HP stores.

Meanwhile, the launch comes after HP recently unveiled its premium EliteBook Ultra and OmniBook X Copilot+ AI PCs in India. These run on the latest Snapdragon X Elite chipset and offer 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS) capabilities. The laptops offer HP AI companion among a range of other AI features.
