Apple Watch: Apple is constantly working on its products to enhance their usability and experience and currently, there are reports that suggest that Apple might be working on introducing a camera to its Apple Watch and also couple it with AI-powered features. According to reports these supposed cameras would help the device in sensing the world around them and provide more intelligent and contextually relevant info to its users. Let's take a look at what we know so far about the purported upgrade.
Bloomberg reports that Apple might be considering adding a camera to its smartwatch lineup, which will apparently be placed inside the smartwatch's display for the standard Apple Watch Series, something similar to cameras on the front panel of the iPhones. On the other hand, the Apple Watch Ultra might come with a camera embedded on its side, near the crown and button.

The camera placement for the Ultra variant is reasonable considering the fact that the Ultra variant is thicker sparing more space for the hardware. This would allow users to point their wrist at a particular object and scan it. For Series users, they might have to flip their wrists to do the same.
The important thing here to note is that these are just speculations and we might be years away from something like this, however, the idea does seem tempting and could be the next step in innovation for wearable tech.
Apple is reportedly running into challenges with its long-awaited blood pressure tracking feature, struggling with accuracy issues that have pushed back its release.
Meanwhile, a redesigned plastic version of the Apple Watch SE may never hit the market. The design team is reportedly dissatisfied with its look, and the operations team is having trouble making it meaningfully cheaper than the aluminium model.
Additionally, it is expected that the next edition of the Apple Watch Ultra might feature satellite texting and wireless 5G service known as RedCap, and will also feature a new modem chip manufactured by MediaTek.
